When you submit, it stores your name, email, optional phone, country, travel preferences and message so resort staff can respond. Do not include passport details, payment information or sensitive medical information. Online checkout redirects you to the bank’s payment gateway. The website records booking details, payment references and payment status; do not send card details through the contact form. Essential cookies support forms, security and staff sign-in. No marketing analytics are enabled in this build. For a privacy request, contact the resort using the contact page. The resort must approve its final retention and privacy policy before public launch.
